Passer: our property on Lake Como

Welcome to Passer in Loveno! We are Martina and Nicola, after many years abroad we decided to return home to embark on this project. We would be delighted to welcome you to Passer, our Relais with rooms, suites, apartments, and bistro situated in the heart of Loveno's historic centre. Our aim is to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, with a wide range of services, while commiting to environmental responsibility and supporting local producers.

The history of our Relais

Why the name Passer?

Passer is the nickname of the inhabitants of Loveno (sparrows). We try therefore to preserve the essence of the site so that you can experience this corner of Menaggio between the lake and the mountains, carefully renovating an old house from the 1700s, which has seen many changes over the years. It has been a monastery, a kindergarten, a guesthouse with a tea room, a grocery shop and finally a private home.
